intelligent storage goods positioning system

Bluetooth beacons are inexpensive, low-power, and have long battery life. They can be used for locating warehouse pallets, goods, shelves, and more. When used in large quantities, they offer even better cost-effectiveness and improve warehouse management efficiency.

The Guangdong Foshan project was selected as one of the 'Top Ten Industrial Internet Application Cases' by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The project has achieved an 80% reduction in average cargo searching time, a 21% decrease in warehouse labor costs, and a 55% increase in loading efficiency.

The flat warehouse intelligent storage positioning system uses modern technology to replace manual operations, achieving reduced costs and efficient warehouse operation.

The reasons for not being able to find the goods can be summarized as follows:

1. Due to insufficient manpower, warehouse daily operations fluctuate between very idle and extremely busy periods. During busy times, the lack of staff often leads to items being stored before being properly registered, resulting in errors and omissions in records.

2. Existing technology cannot accurately locate items. Forklift operators have to get off and scan location codes for every item they store, which is cumbersome. With heavy tasks and insufficient staff, storage entry is often delayed.

3. Communication between employees of different shifts is poor, leading to delays in updating inventory when transferring stock.

4. Relying on human memory for storage locations results in forgetfulness over time. When there are personnel changes, inventory information may not match reality, causing long-standing issues to surface.

5. When inventory and time pressures are high, determining where to place incoming goods and which items to store first can become chaotic over time.

The biggest pain point in warehouse operations is the difficulty of locating goods

Is there a way to automatically locate the position of the goods?

Basic material units, stacking goods using pallets and material boxes

As shown in the figure below, bind a Bluetooth beacon to the pallet or material box, locate the pallet's position and movement trajectory through the Bluetooth AOA positioning locator, and use electronic map location comparison to monitor the cargo location information in real-time.
